Sean and Mia Jones are the owners of Invest Now Realty Network where we taught individuals how to invest in real estate for 100% no money down. Sean and Mia are real estate investors, developers, and licensed General Contractors in the city of Chicago. Proudly known for the Buy Back The Block Program, featured in Essence Magazine (November 2023), Crain's Business Magazine (June 2021), and all major news networks. The quality and uniqueness of the work in the rehabs and new development not only drew lots of attention on social media but produced many properties that set comps and sold prior to being listed. With all the attention, and homeowners desperate for quality, reliable contractors; Invest Now received many inquiries about the team's availability. Mia decided to take the lead by growing and sharing the team and their services along with bringing quality and reliable services to the Chicagoland area. That is how Kolossal Construction was born to service the consumer needs!

Mia Jones (owner, President)
Mia is the Owner and President of Kolossal Construction. Mia has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Training. Over 4 years ago Mia, who was already assisting her husband Sean behind the scenes with their Real Estate Investment business retired officially from Corporate America to partner with Sean full time. She naturally took over sales, marketing, and client relations. She also assisted Sean with administration and organization of the business. It was at this time Mia also discovered her calling and natural talent for interior design. With her management background, eye for design, and talented contractor team Mia decided it was time to get her General Contractors license, take their talents public, and formed Kolossal Construction.
Mia was born in Chicago and raised in the South Suburbs of Chicago where she attended Marian Catholic HS and earned her B.S. in Business Marketing from her Home by the Sea Hampton University. She is a proud girl mom and wife. Mia is also excited to bring a woman's touch to construction and attention to detail with Kitchens and Baths!
Sean Jones (Vice President)
Sean is the Vice President of Kolossal Construction.
Sean is currently an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker and the Founder of Invest Now Realty Network. With over 20 years of real estate investing experience, he has done over 200 rehabs, and real estate development in his career. Sean has a passion for helping people achieve their Real Estate Goals which is why Invest Now Realty Network and ultimately Kolossal Construction was created.
Sean Jones was born and raised in Chicago where he attended De La Salle Institute and earned a B.S. at Illinois State University. He is a proud girl dad and husband.
Sean is excited to bring his extensive experience in project management, construction, and real estate development to the table!
Anthony Carter (Project Manager)
Anthony Carter is the Project Manager for Kolossal Construction.
Antony Carter has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He is an expert estimator, project manager, and a licensed general contractor who has handled residential and commercial renovations, repairs, and builds of all sizes. Tony has a wealth of experience in insurance restoration having specialized in this niche for 15 years. For the last decade or more Tony has focused on kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling as well as gut rehabs and doing building additions. Tony has held contracts and partnerships with large corporations such as State farm insurance, Home Depot, Angie's List, and others. Tony has consulted and collaborated with Sean & Mia Jones periodically over the years and is excited about combining their vast expertise and experience to create a powerful partnership under Kolossal Construction.
